Welcome to Buffalo Bill's House

We are a famous, historic vacation rental and cinematic destination where your enjoyment and comfort is our priority. This charming 1910 Victorian style home was featured extensively throughout the climactic finale of “The Silence of the Lambs” starring the Academy Award winning Best Actress, Jodie Foster (FBI Agent Clarice Starling) and featuring the deeply disturbing portrayal of serial killer Buffalo Bill played by veteran actor Ted Levine. The home still features many attributes that have remained unchanged since filming took place 30 years ago! Come and experience for yourself why all of our guests ratings are 5 stars since opening in 2021. Located in the scenic Laurel Highlands along the Youghiogheny River (across the street from Hazelbaker’s Canoe & Kayak River Trips), less than a 1/2 mile from the Great Allegheny Passage walking/biking trail and only 30 miles south of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Buffalo Bill’s House is private property. To protect the health and safety of overnight guests, Buffalo Bill’s House and its surrounding property are not open to visitors at anytime outside of your booked party or scheduled guided tours. Thanks for your understanding!
