Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours, but may occasionally be delayed a few days. Shipping times quoted are the approximate delivery time once your package reach the shipping carrier. If you need an item in a rush, please contact us at shop@buffalobillshouse.com. Thank you for your patience.
Special Shipping
Special print on demand item will ship within 5 business days from the time you place your order. Most U.S. order are received within 10 days and international orders take up to 21 days. You will receive tracking when your order is on the way.
All print on demand product orders are final. Returns or cancellations are not supported for print on demand products.
To Replace Orders
Replacements are only offered for damaged prints. If the print is indeed damaged, please provide a photo to shop@buffalobillshouse.com for review.

Exchanges
Our exchange policy is for t-shirts and hoodies and only lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when exchanging your t-shirt or hoodie and receiving the new size. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for an exchange, your t-shirt or hoodie must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Coffee Mugs can also be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, if the item arrives broken. We package Coffee Mugs very securely with bubble wrap and fragile stickers on the packaging. We have not had any issues with them arriving broken. If it does arrive broken, please take a picture of the coffee mug and send the picture to shop@buffalobillshouse.com as soon as you receive your broken mug. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Several of our goods are exempt from being exchanged or returned. These items are final sale.

Shipping Exchange
To exchange your product, please email shop@buffalobillshouse.com with your original email receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged t-shirt and/or coffee mug to reach you may vary. If you are exchanging a t-shirt or hoodie, you may consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item.
